Trivialist; bilgi kartlarını doğru sıraya yerleştirmeye dayalı bir oyun deneyimidir. Hizmet mobil uygulamayı ve trivialist.app üzerindeki Günün Oyunu'nu kapsar. Hizmeti kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

Hesaplar

Hesap gerektirmeyen modlar kullanılabilir. Hesap gerektiren oyunlara erişmek için e-posta, Google veya Apple ile giriş yapabilirsiniz. Hesabınızla yaptığınız işlemlerden sorumlusunuz; erişim bilgilerinizi paylaşmamalı ve yetkisiz kullanım fark ederseniz bize bildirmelisiniz.

Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Hizmeti yasalara uygun ve diğer oyunculara saygılı şekilde kullanın.

• Hizmete, hesaplara veya oyunun işleyişine yetkisiz erişmeye ya da bunları aksatmaya çalışmayın.
• Skor, davet veya hesap akışlarını manipüle etmeyin; otomasyonla haksız avantaj sağlamayın.
• Başka bir kişinin hesabını, kimliğini veya içeriğini izinsiz kullanmayın.

İçerik, puanlar ve kullanılabilirlik

Oyun içeriğini özenle hazırlamaya çalışırız; yine de bilgiler veya oyun içeriği eksik ya da hatalı olabilir. Puanlar eğlence amaçlıdır; parasal değer taşımaz ve ödül, burs, yarışma sonucu veya herhangi bir resmi yeterlilik oluşturmaz. Hizmet, oyunlar veya özellikler bakım, güvenlik ya da geliştirme nedeniyle değişebilir veya geçici olarak kullanılamayabilir.

Satın alımlar

Bir mağaza üzerinden sunulan ücretli özellikler varsa, ödeme ve iade işlemleri ilgili Apple App Store veya Google Play kurallarına tabidir. Uygun bir satın alma hakkını doğrulamak için ilgili mağaza kaydı kullanılır.

Askıya alma ve sona erdirme

Hizmetin güvenliğini korumak veya bu koşulların ihlalini önlemek için erişimi sınırlayabiliriz. Hesabınızı uygulamadaki Ayarlar → Hesap ve profil → Hesabı Sil yoluyla silebilir veya uygulamayı yeniden yüklemeden hesap ve veri silme talebi gönderebilirsiniz. Gizlilik ve silme bilgileri Gizlilik Bildirimi'nde açıklanır.

Koşullardaki değişiklikler ve iletişim

Bu koşulları hizmet değiştikçe güncelleyebiliriz. Yeni sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır. Sorularınız için ekonomisty@gmail.com adresine ulaşabilirsiniz. Bu koşullar, uygulanabilir tüketici hukukundan doğan zorunlu hakları sınırlamaz.

The service

Trivialist is a game built around placing knowledge cards in order. The service includes the mobile app and the Daily Game at trivialist.app. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

Some modes do not require an account. For account-only games, you may sign in with email, Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account and should not share access credentials or use another person's account without permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt or interfere with the service, accounts or game operation.
• Do not manipulate scores, invites or account flows, or use automation to gain an unfair advantage.
• Do not misuse another person's identity, account or content.

Content, scores and availability

We aim to prepare game content carefully, but content may be incomplete or inaccurate. Scores are for entertainment only: they have no monetary value and are not a prize, scholarship, competition result or official qualification. Games and features may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or improvement.

Purchases

If paid features are offered through a store, payment and refund handling are subject to the relevant Apple App Store or Google Play rules. We use the relevant store record to verify an eligible purchase entitlement.

Suspension, deletion and changes

We may limit access to protect the service or prevent a breach of these terms. You can delete your account from Settings → Account and profile → Delete Account in the app, or request account and data deletion without reinstalling the app. The Privacy Notice explains deletion and data handling. We may update these terms as the service changes; the latest version will be posted here. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
